Have you ever seen a pregnant faerie? I should hope not, because faeries do not make love according to our definition. When two faeries, sometimes only one in certain cases, wish to make a new faerie, they will find a seed pod they believe to be a cozy, safe place and rest their hands along the outside of the pod. They will then transfer some of their purest energies--love and laughter--through concentrated vibrations and singing and by flapping their wings in rhythm with one another. This continues for one, sometimes two, days. The germination process begins and the new podling will be ready to sprout in about a week.
