Kalypse is a Faery Reborn. Her name combines the energies of the Indian Goddess, Kali, and the Greek Goddess, Psyche, for she is, herself, a synthesis and symbol of both.
Kalypse first calls upon the powers of Kali, Goddess of Destruction, in order to help you break down and throw away everything you know--or think you know--about yourself. She strips you to the core of YOU, thereby shedding all false truths and "baggage" that have only served to weigh you down and prevent you from reaching your full potential. It is only by stripping ourselves of this baggage--along with all the comforts of familiarity--that we are able to start anew.
And it is only from this dark and empty place, where all things are possible, that Kalypse may call upon the powers of Psyche, Goddess of the Soul, to help you emerge from this chrysalis as a beautiful butterfly.
